Call of Duty Warzone trailer release time: Good news coming today for CoD fans

UPDATE – It's now gone 5pm GMT and there's still no Call of Duty Warzone trailer to speak off. Maybe 6pm? At this point, it's anyone's guess, but we'll be sure to keep checking the usual places for leaks and updates on the possible reveal. Stay tuned.

Original Story – Call of Duty Warzone reports this morning suggests that the release date will indeed be announced in a new trailer coming later today.

One video games leaker, Okami 13 , who has proved resourceful and correct on a number of occasions, today released a new post on twitter confirming several details.

This included details regarding the release date, trailer and more info regarding how the Warzone battle royale mode will work.

Writing on Twitter Okami 13 said:

"Warzone is launching March 10th – Trailer is ready. It's coming either on Thursday or on Monday. – Free to play- Squads only – Will be in its own separate client. When all of this comes true you will know I'm right about MW2R coming this year."

Equally, this supposedly matches what VGC has heard from it's own various sources.

Fans had hoped to see the game mode launch earlier this week, with several in game clues making reference to "03/03" which many believed was an easter egg for the release date.

Some sites report that the release had been pushed back, so it's possible those earlier theories were correct right up until the game mode was delayed.

Either way, it seems as though the battle royal mode will be launching on March 10th.

Hopefully, we'll also see a trailer released later today, too.

WHAT TIME WILL CALL OF DUTY WARZONE TRAILER BE RELEASED?

The vast majority of Call of Duty announcements and news updates tend to happen in the afternoon.

Which makes sense, given that Infinity Ward are based on the west coast in California.

So we imagine we could see the trailer released this afternoon, close to 5pm GMT.

It's equally possible that a new update could be released, potentially with a new trailer in-game to follow on from what we saw when Call of Duty Modern Warfare Season 2 launched.

We'll be sure to keep players updated later today.
